Dr. Morse is a Co-founder and a Managing Partner at Fairview. Prior to co-founding Fairview, Dr. Morse held positions with TSG Ventures, Equico Capital Corporation and UNC Ventures. Dr. Morse serves on a number of advisory boards of venture capital partnerships including U.S. Venture Partners (USVP), Battery Ventures, Sierra Ventures and Trinity Ventures. He is a member of the board of directors of Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), and a member of the board of trustees of Harris Associates Investment Trust (The Oakmark Mutual Funds). He is currently Chairman of the board of trustees of Howard University, a former member of the board of directors of the Princeton University Investment Company, and a former member of the board of trustees of Princeton University.
Dr. Morse graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Howard University, having spent his junior year at The London School of Economics and Political Science as a Luard Scholar. He earned M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Princeton University and has been a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University.
Dr. Olofinboba is a Managing Partner at Fairview and is involved in a broad set of investment, business development and governance activities at the firm. Additionally, he serves on the advisory boards of several private equity partnerships in Fairview’s fund portfolios.
Prior to joining Fairview, Dr. Olofinboba was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, serving U.S. and global clients in healthcare and private equity. He has also practiced medicine as a board-certified internist/hospitalist and assistant professor at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT.
Dr. Olofinboba received his medical degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and an MBA in Financial Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.
He serves on the boards of directors for Liberty Bank, Hartford HealthCare, and the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).
Ms. Price is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fairview Capital Partners, Inc. She is a member of Fairview’s investment committee and manager of all Fairview-sponsored funds. Prior to co-founding Fairview, Ms. Price served as president of the National Association of Investment Companies headquartered in Washington, D.C. Ms. Price serves on a number of national advisory committees and private equity advisory boards.
Ms. Price also currently serves on the Howard University School of Business Board of Visitors, on the YMCA of Greater Hartford Board of Trustees, on the Wilson-Gray YMCA Board of Advisors, and on the Amistad Center for Art & Culture Board of Trustees. He was involved in several successful investments including Q1 Labs, Archivas and Turbine Entertainment, and served as board observer to portfolio companies including Advion BioSciences and GI Dynamics. Previously, Mr. Mattamana was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co, where he served clients in the software, telecommunications and aerospace sectors in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He also has prior experience at NASA, Goldman Sachs, and Neuberger Berman.
Mr. Mattamana graduated from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Chemical Engineering, and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving’s Impact! Fund, and the Board of Connecticut Health and Education Facilities Authority (CHEFA).
Ms. Tseng is a Partner and a member of Fairview’s investment committee. She is involved in research, due diligence, investment monitoring, and business development for Fairview’s venture capital and private equity partnership and direct co-investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fairview, she was an investment banking associate at JPMorgan. Ms. Tseng joined JPMorgan in 2000 and focused on convertible bond and equity origination in the retail, media and chemical industries. There, she structured and executed capital raising transactions for Fortune 500 companies. For a portion of her career at JPMorgan, Ms. Tseng covered aerospace companies in equity research for a top ranked Institutional Investor Analyst. Ms. Tseng also has prior experience at Neutrogena Cosmetics – Johnson & Johnson as a brand management intern.
Ms. Tseng received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics/ Economics from Brown University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Tseng is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Hartford CFA Society. She is a member of the board of directors of The Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM), Hartford Symphony Orchestra and The Connecticut Health Foundation.

Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Vachhani was with Cambridge Associates, a leading investment advisor to foundations, endowments and corporate and government entities. He was responsible for analyzing private equity and venture capital investments in support of the firm's clients and consultants. In addition, he led research and data analytics projects on the firm’s private equity and venture capital database. Mr. Vachhani also spent time with MK Capital, a multi-stage venture capital firm with a sector focus on software and cloud services.
Mr. Vachhani holds a B.S. in Economics-Finance from Bentley University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Kellogg School of Management. He is a member of the Board of Directors of San Francisco Achievers and the New Breath Foundation. Mr. Vachhani established and leads Fairview's San Francisco office.
Ms. Chow-Tai is Managing Director, Business Development. Prior to joining Fairview in 2015, Ms. Chow-Tai was Relationship Manager, Institutional Relationships, at TIAA, where she was responsible for leading client relationships with the company’s largest and most complex clients across business disciplines. Prior to TIAA, Ms. Chow-Tai spent 22 years within HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets in various roles working with institutional investors across asset classes and business lines. Ms. Chow-Tai also served as Assistant Director for the HSBC Financial Products Institute, a division focused primarily on derivatives and structured products client education. Prior to HSBC, Ms. Chow-Tai spent five years at Moody’s Investor Services as bank and finance analyst.
Ms. Chow-Tai served as Board Chair for the City University of New York (CUNY) York College Foundation for ten years. She serves as Board Member of the National Association of Securities Professionals – New York Chapter (NASP-NY), the NASP-NY Foundation and The Greater New Haven Chambers of Commerce. Ms. Chow-Tai also serves on the Advisory Board of LeaderXXchange, a purpose driven organization that advises and promotes diversity and sustainability in governance, leadership and investments Ms. Chow-Tai serves as the representative for Fairview Capital on the National Council of Teachers’ Retirement Corporate Advisory Committee. Ms. Chow-Tai is a member of the 100 Women in Finance. Ms. Chow-Tai holds a B.S. degree from the City University of New York – York College and also holds credentials in business administration and finance. Ms. Chow-Tai has passed the FINRA 7 and 63 NASD exams.
Mr. Quaye joined Fairview in 2017 and is a member of the Investment Team. He focuses on research, due diligence, deal sourcing, investment monitoring, and business development for Fairview’s venture capital and private equity partnership and direct co-investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Quaye was an Investment Officer at the Cook County Pension Fund, where he supported portfolio strategy across all asset classes. Additionally, in that role, Mr. Quaye led investment manager due diligence and performed various portfolio optimization analyses to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Quaye also spent time with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served as a Senior Transaction Advisory Associate performing buy-side mergers and acquisitions due diligence on companies in the healthcare, education, and consumer products spaces. Moreover, Mr. Quaye also spent time with Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice where he led day to day audit engagements for diversified services clients.
Mr. Quaye holds a B.S. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the Chairman of the West Hartford YMCA Board of Advisors and serves on the Connecticut Science Center Board of Trustees.
Ms. Rivera joined Fairview in 2004 and is a member of the Business Development team. She focuses on activities that support the firm’s investor relations. In addition, she performs investor research, tracks business activities, generates and prepares marketing materials, coordinates schedules with external and internal participants and facilitates the planning for conferences, meetings and other related events. Prior to Ms. Rivera’s current role, she served as Operations Analyst where she was responsible for analyzing and summarizing the financial information of the firm’s private equity funds and conducting other administrative duties. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Rivera was a Medical Receptionist at the Hartford Medical Group and Emergency Room Admitting Clerk at New Britain General Hospital.
Ms. Rivera holds a B.S. in Business Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albertus Magnus College. She is also a Notary Public.
Mr. Ruchwa joined Fairview in 2007. He is responsible for financial reporting, fund operations, performance reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Ruchwa worked at The Hartford, where he participated in the firm’s Investment Products Rotational Program and was responsible for financial reporting, monitoring seed investments, SOX controls testing and Registered Separate Account audits. Previously, Mr. Ruchwa worked for United Healthcare in the corporate finance department coordinating the monthly close process and preparing budget and forecast analysis.
Mr. Ruchwa holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, as well as an MBA and MS in Accounting and Taxation from the Barney School of Business at The University of Hartford.
Ms. Floyd joined Fairview in 2004. She is responsible for all aspects of Fairview’s Compliance Program, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Ms. Floyd also supports the Managing Partners with the day-to-day operations of the Management Company including financial reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Floyd was a Financial Analyst at Pratt & Whitney in the Facilities & Services Financial Group. Her responsibilities included managing the capital budget, performing monthly closing reports, assisting with annual audits, and preparing and analyzing ROI’s.
Ms. Floyds holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Hartford Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Barry joined Fairview in 2001. He is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Mr. Barry is also the lead developer and administrator for the private equity financial database. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Barry spent ten years as an accountant at Bigler Investment Management Company, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and administration for their private equity fund of funds. He has been in the private equity industry for over 20 years and also has experience in public accounting.
Mr. Barry holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Friedman joined Fairview in 2008. He assists with financial accounting, reporting, research and internal controls for funds, joint ventures and the Management Company. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Friedman, worked for Rainbow USA, a retail chain with over 1,000 stores. He was responsible for preparing all Federal and State tax returns, was part of the financial reporting team and assisted with the annual audit with external auditors. In addition, Mr. Friedman assisted with general accounting functions, as well as preparing monthly reports for management. Prior to Rainbow, Mr. Friedman worked at Goldburd & Loketch, LLP, a public accounting firm, where he prepared corporate returns for corporation, partnerships, trusts, and individuals, as well as payroll and sales tax returns.
Mr. Friedman holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Touro College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Koza joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for a range of corporate accounting functions for the firm. She also provides support to the broader accounting and finance team with portfolio management and fund accounting. In addition, she also supports the Chief Compliance Officer with Fairview’s Compliance Program. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Koza spent 3 years as an auditor with Crowe Horwath LLP (formerly Saslow Lufkin and Buggy, LLP), where she worked on a variety of audit engagements, including healthcare, employee benefit plans, non-profit and insurance industries.
Ms. Koza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
LaTesha Clark joined Fairview in 2018. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Clark spent four years with Barings LLC as a Revenue Analyst, and then Associate Director in the corporate finance department. There she was responsible for accounting, financial reporting, assisting with annual audits, and management fee calculations for the firm’s clients.
Ms. Clark holds a B.S in Accounting from Post University.
Ms. Wolff joined Fairview in 2021. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Wolff was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice, where she participated in audit engagements for clients in several different industries, including insurance, banking, and manufacturing.
Ms. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western New England University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Wilson joined Fairview in 2017. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Wilson interned at James Jepeal CPA, LLC assisting with tax preparation and accounting.
Ms. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Hartford, BSBA with a double major in Accounting and Economics/Finance.
Ms. Erha joined Fairview in 1998. As a human resource and office manager, she manages all office and administrative operations as well as the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for the entire firm. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Erha was an Analyst at Bigler Crossroads in the research department, where she was responsible for tracking and analyzing fund and company performance. Ms. Erha is a Notary Public.
Ms. Radke joined Fairview in 2007. She is responsible for organizing schedules, arranging for travel, and incoming communication. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Radke was an administrative professional and supervisor with Select Energy Contracting, Inc. where she supported the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and performed a variety of duties relating to company operations. She also has experience in the healthcare field and has a combined twenty-one years of experience as an administrative assistant in the corporate offices of Fleet National Bank and Connecticut Light and Power Company. Ms. Radke is a Notary Public.
Ms. Schaller joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for supporting members of the investment team by organizing schedules, coordinating travel, and helping with daily business operations. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Schaller was Executive Assistant for a combined thirteen years at the University of Saint Joseph and First New England Capital, LP. She also has ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and is qualified for certification as a teacher of secondary mathematics.
Ms. Schaller holds a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated cum Laude from the University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Alternate Route to Certification from the CT Office of Higher Education and is also a Notary Public.
Ms. Terwilliger joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for supporting members of the investment team by organizing schedules, coordinating travel, and helping with daily business operations. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Terwilliger was an Executive Administrative Assistant with the Waterford Hotel Group, where she performed various duties in addition to supporting the general manager and operations team at the Hartford Marriott hotel.
Ms. Terwilliger holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management and graduated from Endicott College.

Mr. Halligan is a senior advisor and partner of the firm. He provides the firm with insight and counsel that draws on his 40 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Halligan served as president and chief investment officer of Bigler Investment Management Company, Inc., and also served as president and senior investment committee member of its successor organization. Mr. Halligan was formerly president of CIGNA Investment Management Company and held senior executive positions with a number of its affiliated entities. Mr. Halligan received a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has served on the Alternative Asset Investment Committee of the Williams College Endowment Fund and the Finance Committee of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA.

Mr. Seigle is a senior advisor to the firm. He was previously a Partner at Hillstead Partners LLC, a developer of innovative products for the insurance and retirement services industries. Prior to Hillstead, Mr. Seigle was a Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Man Group plc’s private equity subsidiary, Westport Private Equity, a leading European fund of funds. In 1982, he co-founded The Crossroads Group, one of the first independent fund of funds, where he was CEO from 1987 until its sale in 1996. Mr. Siegel also was a cofounder and director of New England Asset Management, now GenRe NEAM owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Formerly an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, he also served as Secretary of the Connecticut General Investment Management Company.
Mr. Seigle received an AB from Wesleyan University and a JD from the University of Connecticut Law School. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Loomis Chaffee School and serves as Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee and Vice Chair of the Endowment Investment Committee. He is also a Corporator of the Hartford Hospital.
Mr. Shirley is a senior advisor to the firm. Prior to joining Fairview as a Partner in 1998, Mr. Shirley was a principal in several investment advisory firms where he was responsible for the design and placement of private debt and equity securities for small and middle-market companies. He began his investment career at Equitable Capital Management Corporation where he successfully invested in private debt and equity securities across a broad range of industries, with a focus on the Broadcast, Cable and Airline industries.
Mr. Shirley serves on the advisory boards of several Fairview partnership funds. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, and Chairman Emeritus of the Urban League of Greater Hartford. He also chairs the Trustee Board of Union Baptist Church in Hartford, CT.

Prior to TIAA, Ms. Chow-Tai spent 22 years within HSBC’s Global Banking and Markets in various roles working with institutional investors across asset classes and business lines. Ms. Chow-Tai also served as Assistant Director for the HSBC Financial Products Institute, a division focused primarily on derivatives and structured products client education. Prior to HSBC, Ms. Chow-Tai spent five years at Moody’s Investor Services as bank and finance analyst.
Ms. Chow-Tai served as Board Chair for the City University of New York (CUNY) York College Foundation for ten years. She serves as Board Member of the National Association of Securities Professionals – New York Chapter (NASP-NY), the NASP-NY Foundation and The Greater New Haven Chambers of Commerce. Ms. Chow-Tai also serves on the Advisory Board of LeaderXXchange, a purpose driven organization that advises and promotes diversity and sustainability in governance, leadership and investments Ms. Chow-Tai serves as the representative for Fairview Capital on the National Council of Teachers’ Retirement Corporate Advisory Committee. Ms. Chow-Tai is a member of the 100 Women in Finance. Ms. Chow-Tai holds a B.S. degree from the City University of New York – York College and also holds credentials in business administration and finance. Ms. Chow-Tai has passed the FINRA 7 and 63 NASD exams.
Mr. Quaye joined Fairview in 2017 and is a member of the Investment Team. He focuses on research, due diligence, deal sourcing, investment monitoring, and business development for Fairview’s venture capital and private equity partnership and direct co-investment portfolios. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Quaye was an Investment Officer at the Cook County Pension Fund, where he supported portfolio strategy across all asset classes. Additionally, in that role, Mr. Quaye led investment manager due diligence and performed various portfolio optimization analyses to maximize risk-adjusted returns. Mr. Quaye also spent time with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served as a Senior Transaction Advisory Associate performing buy-side mergers and acquisitions due diligence on companies in the healthcare, education, and consumer products spaces. Moreover, Mr. Quaye also spent time with Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice where he led day to day audit engagements for diversified services clients.
Mr. Quaye holds a B.S. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance and Management & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is the Chairman of the West Hartford YMCA Board of Advisors and serves on the Connecticut Science Center Board of Trustees.
Ms. Rivera joined Fairview in 2004 and is a member of the Business Development team. She focuses on activities that support the firm’s investor relations. In addition, she performs investor research, tracks business activities, generates and prepares marketing materials, coordinates schedules with external and internal participants and facilitates the planning for conferences, meetings and other related events. Prior to Ms. Rivera’s current role, she served as Operations Analyst where she was responsible for analyzing and summarizing the financial information of the firm’s private equity funds and conducting other administrative duties. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Rivera was a Medical Receptionist at the Hartford Medical Group and Emergency Room Admitting Clerk at New Britain General Hospital.
Ms. Rivera holds a B.S. in Business Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albertus Magnus College. She is also a Notary Public.

Mr. Halligan is a senior advisor and partner of the firm. He provides the firm with insight and counsel that draws on his 40 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Halligan served as president and chief investment officer of Bigler Investment Management Company, Inc., and also served as president and senior investment committee member of its successor organization. Mr. Halligan was formerly president of CIGNA Investment Management Company and held senior executive positions with a number of its affiliated entities. Mr. Halligan received a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has served on the Alternative Asset Investment Committee of the Williams College Endowment Fund and the Finance Committee of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, MA.

Mr. Seigle is a senior advisor to the firm. He was previously a Partner at Hillstead Partners LLC, a developer of innovative products for the insurance and retirement services industries. Prior to Hillstead, Mr. Seigle was a Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Man Group plc’s private equity subsidiary, Westport Private Equity, a leading European fund of funds. In 1982, he co-founded The Crossroads Group, one of the first independent fund of funds, where he was CEO from 1987 until its sale in 1996. Mr. Siegel also was a cofounder and director of New England Asset Management, now GenRe NEAM owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Formerly an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, he also served as Secretary of the Connecticut General Investment Management Company.
Mr. Seigle received an AB from Wesleyan University and a JD from the University of Connecticut Law School. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Loomis Chaffee School and serves as Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee and Vice Chair of the Endowment Investment Committee. He is also a Corporator of the Hartford Hospital.
Mr. Shirley is a senior advisor to the firm. Prior to joining Fairview as a Partner in 1998, Mr. Shirley was a principal in several investment advisory firms where he was responsible for the design and placement of private debt and equity securities for small and middle-market companies. He began his investment career at Equitable Capital Management Corporation where he successfully invested in private debt and equity securities across a broad range of industries, with a focus on the Broadcast, Cable and Airline industries.
Mr. Shirley serves on the advisory boards of several Fairview partnership funds. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, and Chairman Emeritus of the Urban League of Greater Hartford. He also chairs the Trustee Board of Union Baptist Church in Hartford, CT.
Mr. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University.
Mr. Ruchwa joined Fairview in 2007. He is responsible for financial reporting, fund operations, performance reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Ruchwa worked at The Hartford, where he participated in the firm’s Investment Products Rotational Program and was responsible for financial reporting, monitoring seed investments, SOX controls testing and Registered Separate Account audits. Previously, Mr. Ruchwa worked for United Healthcare in the corporate finance department coordinating the monthly close process and preparing budget and forecast analysis.
Mr. Ruchwa holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, as well as an MBA and MS in Accounting and Taxation from the Barney School of Business at The University of Hartford.
Ms. Floyd joined Fairview in 2004. She is responsible for all aspects of Fairview’s Compliance Program, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Ms. Floyd also supports the Managing Partners with the day-to-day operations of the Management Company including financial reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Floyd was a Financial Analyst at Pratt & Whitney in the Facilities & Services Financial Group. Her responsibilities included managing the capital budget, performing monthly closing reports, assisting with annual audits, and preparing and analyzing ROI’s.
Ms. Floyds holds a B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Hartford Habitat for Humanity.
Mr. Barry joined Fairview in 2001. He is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Mr. Barry is also the lead developer and administrator for the private equity financial database. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Barry spent ten years as an accountant at Bigler Investment Management Company, where he was responsible for the financial reporting and administration for their private equity fund of funds. He has been in the private equity industry for over 20 years and also has experience in public accounting.
Mr. Barry holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Friedman joined Fairview in 2008. He assists with financial accounting, reporting, research and internal controls for funds, joint ventures and the Management Company. Prior to joining Fairview, Mr. Friedman, worked for Rainbow USA, a retail chain with over 1,000 stores. He was responsible for preparing all Federal and State tax returns, was part of the financial reporting team and assisted with the annual audit with external auditors. In addition, Mr. Friedman assisted with general accounting functions, as well as preparing monthly reports for management. Prior to Rainbow, Mr. Friedman worked at Goldburd & Loketch, LLP, a public accounting firm, where he prepared corporate returns for corporation, partnerships, trusts, and individuals, as well as payroll and sales tax returns.
Mr. Friedman holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Touro College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Koza joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for a range of corporate accounting functions for the firm. She also provides support to the broader accounting and finance team with portfolio management and fund accounting. In addition, she also supports the Chief Compliance Officer with Fairview’s Compliance Program. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Koza spent 3 years as an auditor with Crowe Horwath LLP (formerly Saslow Lufkin and Buggy, LLP), where she worked on a variety of audit engagements, including healthcare, employee benefit plans, non-profit and insurance industries.
Ms. Koza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
LaTesha Clark joined Fairview in 2018. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Clark spent four years with Barings LLC as a Revenue Analyst, and then Associate Director in the corporate finance department. There she was responsible for accounting, financial reporting, assisting with annual audits, and management fee calculations for the firm’s clients.
Ms. Clark holds a B.S in Accounting from Post University.
Ms. Wolff joined Fairview in 2021. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Wolff was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice, where she participated in audit engagements for clients in several different industries, including insurance, banking, and manufacturing.
Ms. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Siena College, and a Master of Science in Accounting from Western New England University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Wilson joined Fairview in 2017. She is responsible for fund accounting, performance reporting, quarterly client reporting and annual audits. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Wilson interned at James Jepeal CPA, LLC assisting with tax preparation and accounting.
Ms. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Hartford, BSBA with a double major in Accounting and Economics/Finance.
Ms. Erha joined Fairview in 1998. As a human resource and office manager, she manages all office and administrative operations as well as the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for the entire firm. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Erha was an Analyst at Bigler Crossroads in the research department, where she was responsible for tracking and analyzing fund and company performance. Ms. Erha is a Notary Public.
Ms. Radke joined Fairview in 2007. She is responsible for organizing schedules, arranging for travel, and incoming communication. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Radke was an administrative professional and supervisor with Select Energy Contracting, Inc. where she supported the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and performed a variety of duties relating to company operations. She also has experience in the healthcare field and has a combined twenty-one years of experience as an administrative assistant in the corporate offices of Fleet National Bank and Connecticut Light and Power Company. Ms. Radke is a Notary Public.
Ms. Schaller joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for supporting members of the investment team by organizing schedules, coordinating travel, and helping with daily business operations. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Schaller was Executive Assistant for a combined thirteen years at the University of Saint Joseph and First New England Capital, LP. She also has ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and is qualified for certification as a teacher of secondary mathematics.
Ms. Schaller holds a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated cum Laude from the University of Connecticut. She is a graduate of the Alternate Route to Certification from the CT Office of Higher Education and is also a Notary Public.
Ms. Terwilliger joined Fairview in 2016. She is responsible for supporting members of the investment team by organizing schedules, coordinating travel, and helping with daily business operations. She also assists the accounting team with portfolio management, financial analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Fairview, Ms. Terwilliger was an Executive Administrative Assistant with the Waterford Hotel Group, where she performed various duties in addition to supporting the general manager and operations team at the Hartford Marriott hotel.
Ms. Terwilliger holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management and graduated from Endicott College.
